Lights Out Volleyball

provides equal access opportunities to the sport of volleyball

and advocates for athletes often overlooked,

raising the human consciousness of sports.

Household wealth is the primary driver of a young child’s athletic participation. Children ages 6 through 12 whose family income is under $25,000 are nearly three times as likely to be inactive, meaning they play no sports, and are half as likely to play on a team sport even for one day.*

WE WILL

Utilize volleyball as a vehicle for socioeconomic change, positive human connection, and equality.

Support people who are often overlooked in our communities: Women, People of Color (POC), Indigenous People, Individuals with Disabilities, and LGBTQIA+ People.

Create a positive and healthy playing environment where our community’s youth can thrive while having fun!
