ABOUT OUR LOGO

Lights Out White On Black-100.jpg

Lights Out Volleyball, above all else, is about Love. Family. The belief in an ecosystem of support, equality and pure happiness. We believe in the power of a community that cares - about each other, about humanity as a whole and about our planet. We encourage equity because we live it.

The heart shape of the logo was inspired by the chalk drawing made by Harshil’s niece Inna. Inna was born in 2008 with the genetic disorder Trisomy 21, otherwise known as Down’s Syndrome. We make this statement in the interest of awareness and not as a limitation. All of humanity is more than a label and yet we acknowledge the challenges individuals with disabilities face. In the spirit of inclusion, we are with you and see you.

Meet Inna

Inna is so much more than the label of a diagnosis or disability - in Inna’s own words: “I am loving, full of life, beautiful, kind, and strong.” Inna shares her love and light with all she comes across.

Lights Out Volleyball is about equality in its totality; equality for ALL.

“EQUALITY is a REQUISITE”
